Privacy Policy

Last Updated September 13, 2026

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how brezel.ai Ltd. Liability Company ("we," "us," or "our") handles information in connection with your use of our website, cleanaiwatermark.com (the "Site"). Protecting your privacy is important to us, and we are committed to transparency regarding our data practices.

Our goal is to provide a functional and efficient website experience while minimizing data collection. You can use the Site without an account. An optional account, described in Section 4, unlocks unlimited use through a paid subscription.

2. Information We Collect

To understand how our Site performs and to ensure a good user experience, we utilize tools provided by our infrastructure partners that collect anonymous, aggregated data about website usage and performance. We do not collect Personally Identifiable Information (PII) through these tools.

The types of anonymous information collected automatically may include:

  • Performance Metrics: Data related to page load speed and responsiveness (e.g., measurements related to Core Web Vitals).
  • Page Visited: The specific URL path being accessed on our Site.
  • General Technical Information: Browser type and version (e.g., Chrome, Firefox), device category (e.g., Desktop, Mobile), operating system (e.g., Windows, macOS, Android), and general network speed classification (e.g., 4g, 3g).
  • General Geographic Information: The country from which the Site is accessed, derived from the IP address. Your specific IP address is not stored or linked to you in the performance data we review.

Crucially, this information is aggregated and anonymized. It is not used to identify individual users, track your browsing habits across different websites, or build personal profiles.

3. The Text You Submit

This Site's core feature accepts text you paste into it and returns a rewritten version to you. Submitted text is used only to generate your result. We do not store it, we do not use it to train any model, and we do not use it to build a profile of you. To generate the result, the text is transmitted to the infrastructure provider that performs the rewrite; that provider processes it on our behalf for that purpose only.

4. Accounts, Usage Limits and Subscriptions

The Site offers a small number of free cleanups without an account. To enforce this limit and to prevent abuse, we store a salted hash of your IP address together with a request counter and timestamps. The hash cannot be turned back into your IP address, and we use it for the free limit and for rate limiting only.

If you sign in, we store your email address, a session token, and the technical details of that session (IP address and browser user agent) to keep you signed in. If you subscribe, our payment provider, Stripe, processes your payment details; we store only the subscription status, plan, billing interval, and the Stripe identifiers needed to manage the subscription. We never see your full card number.

We use this account information for one purpose: to apply the free limit and to provide the subscription you paid for. We do not use it for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not combine it with the text you submit.

5. How We Use Information

The anonymous, aggregated information described above is used exclusively for the following internal purposes:

  • To monitor and analyze the performance and stability of our Site.
  • To identify technical issues or areas needing improvement (e.g., slow-loading pages).
  • To understand general trends in how the Site is accessed across different technologies and regions.
  • To optimize the Site for a better, faster user experience.

6. Information Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or share Personally Identifiable Information. The account and subscription data described in Section 4 is processed by our authentication and payment providers on our behalf, for the purposes described there.

The anonymous, aggregated performance data is processed by our trusted third-party infrastructure and hosting providers who supply the necessary tools for website delivery and performance monitoring. These providers are obligated to handle data securely but only process this anonymous data on our behalf for the purposes outlined above.

We do not share this anonymous performance data with other third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.

We may disclose information if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with a legal obligation, protect and defend our rights or property, prevent fraud, act in urgent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of the Site, or protect against legal liability.

7. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

The performance monitoring tools we use rely primarily on browser APIs and potentially small scripts to gather anonymous metrics. They do not typically use traditional tracking cookies designed to identify you personally or follow you across unrelated websites.

Our Site itself does not set cookies for tracking or advertising purposes. If you sign in, a session cookie keeps you signed in; it is strictly necessary and is not used for tracking. The Site also stores your light/dark theme preference in your browser's local storage; this stays on your device and is never sent to us. Our underlying infrastructure providers may use cookies that are strictly necessary for the technical operation and security of the services they provide (e.g., load balancing, security). You can usually manage cookie preferences through your web browser settings.

8. Data Security

We rely on the security measures implemented by our infrastructure providers to protect the data they process on our behalf. While these providers employ industry-standard practices, please be aware that no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

9. Data Retention

We do not store the anonymous performance data ourselves. The retention periods for this aggregated, anonymous data are determined by our infrastructure providers, typically kept only as long as necessary to provide performance insights and analyze trends. Text you submit is processed to generate your result and is not retained by us afterward. Account data is kept while your account exists. The hashed IP records for the free limit are kept only for that purpose.

10. Your Privacy Rights

If you hold an account, you can ask us to access, correct, or delete your account data by emailing [email protected]. Traditional data subject rights (such as the right to access, correct, or delete personal data under laws like GDPR or CCPA) may not be applicable to the anonymous, aggregated performance data collected by our service providers.

If you have general concerns about online tracking, you can often configure your browser settings to limit tracking or clear cookies.

11. International Data Transfers

Our website is hosted and operated through infrastructure providers that may have servers located in various countries, including the United States. This means that the anonymous performance data collected may be transferred to and processed in countries outside of your country of residence. We rely on our providers' commitments to handle such transfers in compliance with applicable data protection laws.

12. Children's Privacy

Our Site is not intended for or directed at children under the age of 16 (or the relevant minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect any information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with information, please contact us, and we will take steps to address the situation.

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised policy on this page. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically, noting the "Last Updated" date at the top.
